OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

OX Exteriors, LLC; and sister company Southern Enhancements Motorized Screens and Awnings

 

Qualifications:

  • Two (2) years outside selling experience to general contractors and builders
  • Strong interpersonal skills to easily establish rapport with new customers
  • Must possess valid driver’s license
  • Must have excellent organizational, communication and relationship building skills
  • Successful completion of references, employment verifications, background check, and drug screen required in advance of hire

 

Responsibilities:

  • Promote line of products and services to potential customers daily
  • Make sales presentations that include product samples
  • Meet with existing and prospective customers, assess customer’s needs, and strive to keep current customers satisfied and pick up new business from prospective customers
  • Build solid, long lasting relationships with general contractors and builders in an assigned territory
  • Provides timely and accurate estimates and proposals
  • Maintain and update Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) daily
  • Other duties as assigned
