OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE
OX Exteriors, LLC; and sister company Southern Enhancements Motorized Screens and Awnings
Qualifications:
- Two (2) years outside selling experience to general contractors and builders
- Strong interpersonal skills to easily establish rapport with new customers
- Must possess valid driver’s license
- Must have excellent organizational, communication and relationship building skills
- Successful completion of references, employment verifications, background check, and drug screen required in advance of hire
Responsibilities:
- Promote line of products and services to potential customers daily
- Make sales presentations that include product samples
- Meet with existing and prospective customers, assess customer’s needs, and strive to keep current customers satisfied and pick up new business from prospective customers
- Build solid, long lasting relationships with general contractors and builders in an assigned territory
- Provides timely and accurate estimates and proposals
- Maintain and update Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) daily
- Other duties as assigned
